The most important thing we could do for ourselves is to release tension and feel light again.

As you immerse yourself in Yoga, you will feel the life-changing freshness and power that Yoga brings.

It's also a great tool to access creativity, with heightened emotional intelligence and clarity of mind.

Thai Massage is an ancient healing art that aims far more than temporary relief. Pressure points, bones, joints, muscles, fascia, blood circulation, organ health all are addressed, and with regular practice can rectify deeper physical + mental issues such as depression, chronic pain, bad posture, mobility limitations, nerve damage. It can renew your body from head to toe.

Its foundations lie in Yoga, Ayurveda, and Chinese medicine. Given its age, modern practices such as reflexology, physio, osteo, and chiro all borrow much from Thai Massage.

Having gone through a healing journey myself, I know first hand the depth and power of Yoga and Thai Massage. As such, my great honour is to help people find release; by expanding our awareness and rediscovering our bodies. To these ends, I emphasize curiosity, experimentation, and anatomical awareness. I'm also confident to teach all ages and body types. In group classes I take an intimate approach, taking time to know each student's needs, goals, and progress. People have said my classes are therapeutic, deep, challenging, all at once. A healthy combo of fun and serious, as life should be :)

Though the yoga attitude is to accept things in the moment, there certainly are critical points that deliver results.

  1. BREATHE. The body cannot open up if not relaxed.

  2. LEARN ANATOMY. Body mechanics equip us well.

  3. LOVE YOUR PRACTICE. Practice often.

Yoga should be accessible for everyone. I mean everyone.

The rates listed are already priced competitively, but please don't be shy to ask for a sliding scale, should finances be troublesome. Your commitment to Yoga will be honoured.
